Pallavi Kathuria is the Managing Partner of missionario Zehnder India 's offices in New Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore and is active in the firm' s global Technology & Communications Practice. She is a trusted advisor on leadership on the and talent management for clients in the IT products and services, software, Internet, consumer and digital sectors. She is also active in the firm 's Executive Assessment and Development Practice and co - leads the'm and Inclusion Practice in India.

Before joining missionario Zehnder, Pallavi worked at Microsoft in the U.S. and India for 15 years. Previously, she was a Product Manager at Nokia in Finland.

Pallavi has a Bachelor of Engineering in electronics and communications from the Delhi Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, where she was a Fuqua scholar. She is also on the India of Regional Advisory Board of Duke University, Fuqua School of Business. The Pallavi works to address inequality in India through volunteer work and'm initiatives.
